Policies and Procedures

The Council has a number of policies and procedures which help explain how they operate. The Standing Orders give information on how meetings are run, and general procedural protocols. The Financial Regulations state how and when the Council makes payments, invites tenders and ensures that public money is safeguarded. There are individual policies for other areas of the Council's work.
