Temporary Traffic Regulation Order

Norfolk County Council proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (the “Order”) (NTRO8559) affecting the Happisburgh Road / North Walsham Road from its junction with B1159 Coast Road for 950m westwards (the “Road”) in the Parish of Witton and Walcott to facilitate Norfolk County Council construction works for new bell mouth entrances, the Road will be temporarily closed (except for pedestrian access) for the duration of the works/period the closure is necessary which is anticipated to be from 14th October to 15th November 2024, but may continue to be closed until the 15th May 2025 where the closure is still required beyond the anticipated dates. Alternative route is via: Happisburgh Road, North Walsham Road, Hoolehouse Road, Stone Bridge Road, Mill Common Road, Rookery Farm Road, B1159 Coast Road (Witton and Ridlington (North Walsham), Honing, Walcott).
