Norfolk County Council proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (the “Order”) (NTRO8398) affecting the Happisburgh Road from its junction with B1159 Coast Road for 870m westwards (the “Road”) in the Parishes of Walcott and Witton to facilitate Norfolk Project Offshore Windfarm vehicular access for works vehicles as required by a safety audit, the Road will be temporarily subject to a 30mph speed restriction for the duration of the works/period the restriction is necessary which is anticipated to be from 24th September 2024 to 23rd September 2028
