NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (NTRO7172) affecting the (1) Old Hall Road from 460m south of its junction with Bacton Road for 130m northwards; (2) Kitlings Beck Road from its junction with Old Hall Road to its junction with North Walsham Road; and (3) North Walsham Road from its junction with Kitlings Beck Road for 390m southwards; in the PARISHES OF WITTON AND RIDLINGTON AND HONING to facilitate replacement water main works. The roads (1), (2) and (3) will be temporarily closed (except for access) from 16th October 2023 to 24th May 2024 for the duration of the works only whilst signs indicating the closures are in place.
